With 35 years of construction and real estate experience, Dan’s construction career began as a framing carpenter while completing studies at Texas A&M. He continued as a framing contractor, building custom homes for seven years. Then, Dan started buying and personally renovating old houses in central Austin. It is this “hands-on” approach that sets Dan Day Homes apart from the rest. He continues to apply his knowledge of home building and construction fundamentals in his day-to-day operations.
